Cape Town is stunning and seeing it from the water is something even us locals don’t get to do all that often! I certainly didn’t expect French Champagne, but we make enough great quality everyday bubbly in SA to offer something more than Demi-Sec. so if you don’t like semi sweet sparkling wine, I suggest budget for their Prosecco which is the only sparkling wine alternative on offer for an additional R200. Always remember to take a windbreaker - it may be warm on land but it can get cold & windy on a boat. Oh & go to the toilet BEFORE getting on the boat - the one on board isn’t that ‘fresh’! But the sunset was wonderful - the Mother City never disappoints.

This was a great experience. The service from the crew was awesome. We booked for the sunset Catamaran, we loved the view of the sunset, we couldn't have chosen a better tym slot. It's definitely worth another visit.

Steer well clear of this company of charlatans.
They are basically thieves in uniforms.
Myself and my mum we in Cape Town with a tour group from the uk and we had the misfortune of stumbling across this gang of bandits.
We booked a boat safari and were charged 900 rand each and shortly after another 2 people from our tour were charged 400 rand each.
When we confronted the dodgy front man kurt he offered us 20% off at the local Indian and a refund for the boat trip.
They charge everybody different prices and lie through their teeth.
Avoid like the plague

Due to weather it was cancelled and there was no refund, quite disappointed. Hope trip advisor refunds as weather is so predictable especially in Cape Town with cold wind always so likely to get cancelled often.

The most amazing experience! The boat is beautiful. Service was excellent. Rick took really good care of us. We enjoyed sitting in the front of the boat while sipping cocktails and looking at the Cape Town coastline. We saw lots of dolphins and seals. It was such a great experience that the hour seemed to pass too quickly. Will definitely go again.

My friend and I went to the Waterfront for a farewell cruise. Only a moment after arrival we were lured in by one of the friendly salesman with a special deal. We booked on Serenity One for the champagne cruise and each received 2 glasses of tasty champagne. The service staff on the boat was well informed, well mannered and really went out of their way to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the skipper. He did not once smiled and did not show any interest in our trip. Most of the time he was using only his big toe steering while constantly engaging on his phone. The music was the worse. 80’s & 90’s high pitched “screaming”, so old school! As far as I could gather, their was other guests that also asked for a change in music, but the skipper basically ignored our requests.
It could’ve been an incredible fun experience, but ended up being only average. Thank goodness for the scenic beauty of Table Mountain and the glorious sunset!

We had an awesome adventure with Bongi, the captain and the wonderful crew. They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our cruise. They also offered to help us take photographs that actually came out perfectly. Bongi took the time to give us some humorous albeit accurate interpretations of the landscape and also recommended some nice places to eat. Two Thumbs up!

Unfortunately i did not enjoy my experience. I booked for serenity 1 and got the Southern Cross.
They said it was because there was a private charter however did not communicate this ahead of time.
I can’t as a customer travel from aboard to get a booking changed last minute and have no communication whatsoever. They should have the decency to tell me before or in their t’s & c’s.
