Nice centre but standard conf rooms are small

The center is big and provides different sizes of room. The main issue is probably the limited number of café and restaurants.
The centre is on two floors and (very) long. Keep this in mind when moving from one room to the other.

At drawback is the security staff not knowing what to do, even if you show them what to do, but the venue were great service good and staff very good. Food were GREAT with a G, Just the security to get up to speed.

What an absolute mess the parking garage was during the Investec art fair Feb 2022. Ok to get in but what a mission to get out. I'm a local and was sent around forever in ever decreasing circles to find an exit - not sure what overseas visitors must have thought. Some parking pay machines not working and also the pay desk. Welcome to 3rd world Cape Town CTICC at it's worst.

Great conference venue

The CTICC has everything that one needs in a moden conference venue. The complex and facilities were spotleasly clean and the security personnel were professional and polite.

The parking garage is close by and secure. The only real down side is getting out of the parking area, especially in the late afternoon when traffic is hectic

Great Conference Facilities

This is such a wonderful conference area and great facility but pity that there is such few restaurants around.
Parking around the ICC is expensive.
I attend numerous conferences and it is a pity that this ICC doesn't showcase or feel African. Seems like every other conference facility.
The closet hotel to the ICC is the Westin (20m away) and is highly recommended
