Jean Luc - he was the best guide we ever had. Friendly, knowledgable, funny and everything you could as for in a guide. Especially taking into account being the first ones to travel with him after a long period of nothing due to Corona. Very professional. The tour was absolutely worth every second and we highly recommend it to everyone. Cape of good hope, Chapmans peak, Lighthouse, Table Mountain, Muizenberg Beach, Simon's Town, Boulders Beach. What an awesome experience for me exploring Cape Town for the first time. Keep it up Jean Luc - times will get better again 🙏

We did the Penguin Encounter Tour, and it was the highlight of my stay in South Africa! We had originally booked for the morning of March 8th. Little did we know, a large bike race was happening, causing road closures all throughout Cape Town and the Western Cape that day. They messaged us to see if we would be willing to go for an afternoon tour instead. My husband and I didn’t have anything else planned, so we were all for it! I’m sure glad we agreed, because we ended up being the only ones on the tour! We were picked up from our hotel, and our tour guide was amazing (I’m feeling awful, because I don’t remember his name...but he had glasses!) On our drive down to the Penguin Preserve, we made a few stops for photo ops, and the whole way there, he was educating us with South African history (which was so interesting and eye opening!) Once we got to the preserve, our guide explained to us the different routes and bridges we could take to see the penguins, and let us know he would meet us back in the parking lot in about 2.5 hours. So. Many. Penguins! The preserve did not disappoint! From there, we took the scenic route back, and drove along the coast of the Western Cape. The drive was absolutely amazing! I am so glad that he took us that way! Just like the way out, on the way in, we made a few stops to take in the view and take some photos. This was one of the best tours and most knowledgeable guides I have EVER had! I would HIGHLY recommend!

We thought this was the best activity we did in Cape Town. We wanted to get a decent length of time at the penguin colony so we weren't rushed - on this tour we got 2 hours there and it was a delight. On top of that our guide drove us there on a fantastic route along both coasts and including the fabulous Chapman's peak road. Lots of little stops to admire the beauty and take pics but moreover Treasure really knew his stuff and pointed out lots of little details we would never have known about. Very professional and fun, we would recommend.
