About
Just up Kloof Nek Road from the center of town is this thriving beach community. Plenty of trendy nightclubs, shops and cafes bring diners and shoppers, while tranquil seas and fine white sand draw sun worshippers and swimmers.

Not the largest beach but wow what a backdrop. The sea is cold for locals but for a Brit like me was fine. I went in September and it was delightful, but because of the relatively small size I imagine would be busy in peak...More

Very pretty beach..The views were amazing. Lots of restaurants on a few short blocks across the street. Although at night it felt a bit unsafe as two woman at night near the restaurants

Bit disgusting to walk along the road and see 4 beaches, completely secluded and not accesible for every1. Walked behind a homeless black person, skimming the trashbins of the awfully rich. The noise of the waves on the boulders is impressive. Hills and streets and...More

Camps Bay was a perfect location for me. I am not into shopping. I am more on the views and the beach. Standing on the white sandy beach looking at Camps Bay framed by the 12 Apostles Mountain, what more can one ask for. Safety...More

This beach is so close to the V&A waterfront! Make sure you take the time to spend some time here and do yourself a favor and order prawns!

Great beach walking dogs and smelling the sea. Good place to go with family or alone. Lots of coffee shops and places offering cocktails wine and light meal

This is a wonderful beach, with fairly placid waves and a wide sand expanse. Sadly there are many homeless folk at the road edge of the beach, and numerous hawkers selling curios.

Camps Bay is a nice clean white sand beach. Lot of pretty restaurants on the mountain perches which provide better views. We could not get in water as it was winter but the backdrop made for interesting photos. Dark and boring at night in winter...More

Sorry, I just now read your question. Can‘t really say about the restaurant, since it all depends on what you like. We ate a lot of fish in a couple of Restaurants there, which was really good. Unfortunably I don‘t remember... More

From the cruise terminal, you will be right in the V&A area. Basically, once you get onto Main Rd heading Southwest, you follow it through Seapoint, onto Victoria Rd and that will bright you right into Camp's Bay.
