Great way to spend a Saturday morning either trying a decedent cupcake or strolling with a great cup of coffee. Try the home made curries from the one stall, excellent.

Good food from different cultures. Excellent that it is open on a Sunday as well. Had enough time to browse at all the the stalls.

interesting food to try, but not enough fresh produce--would be nice to see more organic products straight from the farmer

This market is such an enhancement to the sense of community that already exists in Cape Town. Every seller has a good chat and sells their products with so much happiness. They bring their very best to the market so you know you will have the tastiest treats, the freshest veggies and the steamiest drinks.
I love how this already busy center encourages people to present their produce, meals and products in such an open, fresh area.

Very relaxing Saturday outing. Stroll along the stalls of local farmers and producers to sample excellent bread, cheese, meat and sausages. Buy some for a picnic or Braai on Sunday. Time to chat to everyone and relax under the trees. Great neighborhood market.

When you've been at previous markets in and around the Cape this one is quite disappointing. Just a normal mall stall market with community goods. Not bad products but not the exclusively food stalls found at other markets.

If you are into browsing for mouth-watering titbits, then this is the place to go.
There is a variety of bakes to make your mouth water, food aromas that tantalises the nose and makes your tummy growl.
For those with green thumbs there are a variety of plants to buy at very reasonable prices.
So do yourself a favour and enjoy a slow walk through the market. Sit down and have a bit to eat or take these delectable eats home to enjoy at your leisure.

Fascinating mixture of craft fair farmers market and food fair where you can buy anything from fresh baked bread and cakes to traditional bead and wire work alongside stalls selling fresh meat and vegetables alongside clothes and beautiful leather handbags and fresh flowers. Well worth a visit even if you only go to people watch
