Great adventure to do in the area. The booking was seamless online and we were met at arrival by wonderful friendly staff. The guides had great knowledge of the natural surroundings and were very professional with all the rope and technical handling to make sure we had a safe adventure on the zip lines. We will be back…

Great overall experience. Seamless online booking experience followed by great thrills zip lining across the gorge. Guides are amazing and really make one feel at ease and safe even if you have never done anything similar before. Great outdoor activity to kill a few hours when in the area!

The staff (12) of Agape congregation Rustenburg held a tesm building day on 4 January 2023. The staff were well trained and made us aware of safety rules. They guided us at every sastion. The scenery was breathtaking.

What a fantastic way to spend my husband's birthday - we've been wanting to do the ziplines Canopy Tour forever and finally I decided to spoil my husband for his birthday and we went. The scenery has to be experienced to be able to really understand the beauty. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. All Covid-19 protocols were followed and we felt comfortable and safe as the safety measures were explained to us properly beforehand. If you want to de-stress, forget about Covid or just spoil yourself, get some people together and just DO this! Unforgettable!

Thank you to Magaliesberg Canopy Tours. What an amazing experience. Besides the obvious amazing scenery and Ziplines the service was top notch . From arrival to finish the team, guides and other staff were professional, engaging and fun. My kids, 10,9 and 5 loved it, felt safe and enjoyed every second. Thank you.

I was finishing the Magaliesberg canopy tour on the same zip line I started with, which was the shortest zip line of the tour, so I felt extremely safe. But as I started zip lining, my body changed direction with my back facing the rock cliff that I was zip lining towards. I was absolutely petrified and filled with terror because I couldn’t see what I was landing into.
While I moved my body to a front facing direction, my head and right arm scraped against the metal zip line. Luckily, I was wearing a helmet on my head, but I was left with a nasty, throbbing burn on my right arm.

Yes you can and they encourage it too. Especially if there is two of you. I found it better to have our own footage than to use that of the company. I know what I want to photograph and they only take footage up to a point. They also only do video and very few stills.
Good day, Would like to know if this zip line is save for an 80 year old person?

Yes it is. The guides will do a tandem if necessary. And they are well trained. If the person is not comfortable they will come and fetch them and take them back but as far as I know the adrenalin rush was enough to keep anyone of any age going as long as they are fit to climb out of the gorge..

Your 6 year old little girl can do the canopy tour, provided she fits safely into the kiddies harness and can communicate with the guide. Should you still be unsure, please send a photo of your child next to an adult to marketing@magaliescanopytour co za, from there we will be able to confirm whether she will be able to participate.

Y ou have 3 options
1) Canopy Tour R595.00 p.p. including refreshments during your tour and a light meal after the tour.
2)Package 1 (Sundays only) R900.00 p.p. including canopy Tour, lamb on the spit carvery buffet lunch and a 30 min hot stone back massage.
3) Package 2 (7 days a week) including 2 hour game drive, canopy tour including light meal and 30 min hot stone back massage.
