The movies are great! This is a sort of boutique cinema showing really interesting movies. The vibe is great and you are joining the locals, who order food and wines and soft drinks beforehand and enjoy a picnic and drinks while watching the movie.

The cinema at Casterbridge centre is a most enjoyable evening entertainment .Sitting there and watching their great selection of movies with a glass of wine in hand!! Cannot wait for the next movie starting on Friday. Well done to all concerned

Local cinema with a blast from the past look decorwise. Specially selected films worth viewing on a regular basis . lovely atmosphere and nothing better than a box of pop corn and a glass of wine , selection of snacks and sweets and order in options .

Casterbridge cinema in White River is where you'll find imaginative movies that are a welcome change from regular circuit offerings. It is comparable to Rosebank in Joburg and is great value for residents and visitors in this small town.

Manage to catch up on movies we have missed or new ones. Where else can you have a glass of wine or Beer in the cinema - Bravo Casterbridge ! Awesome surrounds & relaxed environment!

We love going to the Casterbridge Cinema, meeting up with local friends and friendly locals, and settling down with wine and good company to watch one of the "boutique" type special movies shown every week. The cinema has some interesting objets and photos, and is situated in the lovely, intriguing Casterbridge Centre. Afterwards, have dinner at one of the restaurants in the centre, all fun, with varying menus.
This is not your usual cinema. Its small and intimate...love it!

This is a real homely retro style movie venue where u may enjoy a pizza ordered from next door , with a glass of wine, or a beer , from the reception. .... all while enjoying the movie in the friendly company of the locals.

It's an old and very cosy cinema. There is only one movie available at 6pm. The movie we watched was very nice.
