Don't miss the unique privilege and honor of spending a day with Sertorio! His knowledge (lifelong learner), demeanor and exceptional passion for his Calling as a Tour Ambassador is unrivalled, and the best for our entire time in South Africa. If we ever return to South Africa we will hope to have the honor again of spending time with this genteel man.

Sertorio is lovely and knowledgeable, and he is a very safe driver. Visiting Eswatini on a short day trip was interesting and very worthwhile. On our visit we were able to see the glass factory, Swazi candles, the cultural center, and stop very briefly at Go Rural/House on Fire. The day that we visited, the weather was drizzly and grey, and it was quite dark outside, which apparently contributed to it taking a much longer time than anticipated to get to Eswatini. That meant our time in country was short, so we were unable to see a few of the typical sights on the tour. That’s unfortunate, but safety first is important. We appreciated Sertorio’s focus on safe driving as opposed to trying to haphazardly rush to squeeze in more sights, but it was disappointing not to be able to see all the things we’d hoped to see. Overall, Sertorio is a wonderful guide and we recommend him highly.

Very profesional Company owned by Mr Sertorio. Thanks to his profesionalism , patience and información we could See the Big Five ! And more animals. He showed a deep knowledge of the park and drove in a very safe way the entire Day. It was an unforgettable experience for us . Totally recomend to book with them.

I took the tour with my girlfriend and it was amazing. These tours consist of a combination of luck and knowledge of the guide, which in our case resulted in a very good experience. We got to see the big 5 up close and even saw some white lions. Would definitely recommend.

Being picked up by Sertorio strict on time at the Lodge where I was staying while at Sabie Sands Nature Reserve for a transfer to Eswatini.
While I can only talk about the transfer since I had no other activities or tours being planned with Ntwanano Safaris, I must say that Sertorio is a great driver, a gentleman who took absolute care of me.
Arriving at the border with Eswatini, we quickly found out that the other Swazi based company was'nt there to pick me up for the Swazi part of the transfer. As Ntwanano Safaris was just arranged to drop me off at the border, Estorio kept waiting untill he was sure that I was able to make it. He even came inside the immigration office to check that I would be alright. All together we had to wait for almost 1 hour and a half untill the Swazi company send his driver while the ride from the border to my accommodation in Swaziland turned out to be less than 30 minutes away !
Sertorio lost 1 hour and half but did'nt even complained a single bit. He was clearly concerned of my well being.
Now, I'm considering to tour through South Africa next year in 2020 and I do know who to contact. Thank so much Sertorio and Ntwanano Safaris and I'm sorry for the late review of your wonderful services. See you again soon for sure.

We were collected very promptly from Cheetah Plains in Sabi Sands by our driver Sertorio in a lovely clean 4WD vehicle - very comfortable and spacious.
Sertorio was very engaging and chatty and we very much enjoyed his company.
He was very knowledgeable and made the long drive very pleasant. Lots of stops along the way and was very mindful of ensuring we were very ok and got to our destination in good time. The entry process at the border was very easy as we had visas already.
Thank you Sertorio and we hope you have many clients travelling with you in the future

Mr Sertorio, our tour guide was very professional and always punctual not forgetting knowledgeable. Upon arrival at Maputo International Airport we found him waiting for us to shuttle us to our hotel. The next day we had our tour of Maputo. He took us to most if not all the places of interest and his knowledge of the area was very impressive. Some of the tourist attractions included: The Botanical Gardens (with Samora Machel's Statue); the white church; the beautiful Maputo train station; the Markets; the Governor's House made from zinc which was shipped from Portugal as well as the murals depicting some of Samora Machel's famous quotations. We also went to the township and the entire experience was an eye opener.
The day after we went to Macaneta Island where we spend the day. It was a day well spent - the island is really beautiful and the lunch was scrumptuous in particular the fish - my son still salivates when he talks about it.
Although he couldn't shuttle us back to the airport on our departure as previously arranged, he made sure that he made proper arrangements with the hotel for shuttle services.
It was an unforgettable holiday made it even better by Ntwanano Safaris.
The day after we went to Macaneta Island where we spend the day. It was a day well spent - the island is really beautiful and the lunch was scrumptuous in particular the fish - my son still salivates when he talks about it.

We stayed in Nelspruit and saw the posibility of going on a daytrip to Maputo - a city we had never dreamed we'd visit... And it turned out to be a great tour ! Pick-up at our hotel was right on the agreed minute and after a first stop at the Matola museum we got to Maputo. Our guide knew a lot about the place and got us to the most interesting places. Really everything went smoothly !
Loved it, next time around we'll contact the company again for another tour they offer !
