The museum and art gallery in the shoe needs recognition for its fine artwork and Biblical message attached to the beautiful wood artwork. Then we took a guided tour through the caves with the sculptors daughter. In every cave there is a story, and in a way it reminded me of what I saw in the Sistine's Chapel in Italy. The sculpture work and lighting is really a hidden gem and very special. The Godly and the Dark Forces we have to fight every day. A Biblical cave I have never seen before!

Cleaning staff left our unit unlocked even though our luggage and other possessions were still there. Not enough hot water. "Cave" disappointed. The Shoe hidden behind black fence, so no photo opportunities there.

Was passing and ready for food so we pulled in as looked interesting. The museum was good to visit and the food was lovely. We didn’t have time to visit the cave which we where told was man made with a Christian theme to it. Everyone who works here volunteers which is amazing. The food was lovely and everyone was very friendly. Well worth a visit.

This is the most coolest place around Matibidi. The Echo caves are around this Shoe Cave where you will get a lot of how the Pedi used to hide themselves in the caves in case of emergencies. The view of those maize meal on the mountain are so interesting and attractive to all the visitors.
