Thanks a lot for a great day tour. The tour guide Dave was fantastic and had a lot of great energy, putting in a lot of work to make the tour fun, enjoyable and keeping it flexible enough for us to adjust our route through Kruger. We saw a lot of different animals thanks to his know how and knowledge of the place. Thanks a lot and would definitely highly recommend this company.

Desastrous tour organiser.
After confirming the tour, price and pick up time, they cancelled the tour at 5:10 am for a pick up time at 8:00 am.

We had an amazing Safari. Our guide Bhekifa, was "over the top" wonderful. He grew up living just outside of Kruger National Park. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a positive attitude, and was very engaging. Because of his expertise and God looking down on us, we were able to sight the "big 5" plus 30+ other animals and birds in this one-day experience.

What can I say about this tour of Kruger? It was literally perfect, Dave is such an amazing guide, from the moment we were picked up at 4:30am until the trip ended, we were made to feel so welcome.
Dave’s instinct after doing this for 28 years meant we seen all the big 5 in one day where some other tour companies hadn’t seen them all in two weeks! He literally does think like an animal. We had such unreal experiences such as seeing a Rhino at dawn and had a leopard walking next to our van. It was so special. Dave have great tips and even went out of his way to make sure we also seen the Crocodiles.
We stopped off twice in the day for coffee and lunch, Dave ensured we stopped at the best places and had a lovely steak for dinner.
On the way home, Dave took us on the scenic route through a mountain range by the park which had spectacular scenery.
All in all a fantastic day and we can’t thank you enough for one of the best experiences of our lives.

Crazy Dave provided the best info I’ve encountered in traveling and booking all our arrangements online on the other side of the world. We added the Kruger Elephant tour onto our hunting safari, as it offered both game drives in Kruger plus touring the surrounding really nice scenery in the Blyde Canyon area. We were picked up by our fantastic guide, Ciska, in a safari vehicle with vinyl sides at 5 am at our lodging in Nelspruit. We traveled the second week of June, so the morning rides were cold, but she had thick blankets for us to wrap up in. Once we entered Kruger ( first in line!) at the Malelane gate, we did a morning game drive. She stopped for bathroom and snack/lunch/coffee breaks. Ciska drove us to our cabins at Lower Sabie. She prepared our dinner using the cabin grill and kitchenette. We took a night game drive by the Kruger guide, Petros. We had another morning and evening game drive on day 2, and stayed in cabins in Skukuza. We saw soooo many different animals, and Ciska and Petros knew the names, habits, and general locations of all of them and were incredible at spotting them. Kruger animals do not see the people in safari vehicles as predators, and so just ignore them. Ciska knew all the other guides and every vehicle shared info on sightings. There were not huge crowds; we usually only encountered another vehicle every 10 min or so. We left on day 3 through the Phabeni gate, near Hazyview. We toured the many scenic sites in the Blyde Canyon area. In each, we found vendors selling more or less the same variety of African-produced necklaces, carvings, etc. We enjoyed pancakes at Harry’s in Hazyview. Driving through the rolling misty hills covered in huge eucalyptus and pine forests was beautiful. Be sure to bring limited luggage as there is limited space on the safari vehicle. In early June, plan on layers with stocking cap, sweatshirt, wind proof jacket, gloves in the mornings and short sleeves in the afternoon and light jacket for the evening game drive, as sunset is about 5:30 pm. We were driven back to our lodging. We hired Crazy Dave to be our driver on our final day to take us to Chimp Eden and then on to the Nelspruit airport. Highly recommend.

I saw 4 of the big five in only a day. Tour guide worked well with other guides to find animals in park. This is an experience I will not forget.

We had an amazing four days of tours with Dave and his colleague Ciska. First of all, arrangements were super easy to make, and communication with Dave and Ciska was excellent.
The tours themselves were so amazing. Kruger Park is beyond description. We had an amazing day seeing so many amazing animals in the beautiful surroundings. The tours were paced brilliantly, we had plenty of breaks and opportunities to support local merchants.
I only wish I had come to this beautiful place earlier. We will definitely be back.
Dave is a master at hospitality and putting others at ease. We felt safe going through borders and navigating through the busy traffic of Maputo. Our trip to Swaziland was magical as well. We also loved our trip to the Blyde Canyon and surrounding sights. We had a blast with Dave and will remember this time fondly for years to come.

Just awesome loved everything with the tour. Our time at Kruger was magical and we have seen the big five and the ugly five. Just make sure to get out there as soon as the gates open! Mozambique: didn’t know what to expect but loved Maputo’s architecture and the chilled vibes of Ponta do Ouro. Eswatini: what a beautiful stay in the huts, waking up surrounded by impalas a magical experience for sure. Also the scenery was absolutely spectacular and doing the Panorama route north of White river and the amazing vistas before Barberton are worth it. Thank you Dave for your amazing company and great far from boring personality :) also the man can cook and we loved your braai 😀

We have so a very wonderful and perfect day with Flexi Tours and especially with DAVE . The guy is amazing and make us a dream come true with a tour in Kruger Park.
We was only 2 Persons on the Tour and Dave always explain everything to us about the animals. He knows the very best spots to see so many animals. We saw Giraffe, Hippos, Lions ,Zebras , Impalas , Buffalos , Pumba , Elephants , Eagles and so on.
Our drive with Dave was about 12 Hours !!! He picked us up at 4:00 am and bring us back at 4:00 pm. He was so motivated to show us all the animals in Kruger.And so Dave drive hours and hours around to find the next new animal for us. And at the End Dave find after 8 hours a Rhino what is still missing on the list of the Big 5.
At the we saw 4 of the Big 5. The Leopard was still missing but it is so hard to find and we where so happy about so much animals we saw.
Everybody who has on his bucket list the Kruger Park and want to have a great experience and a amazing Day have to book Flexi Tours with Crazy Dave.
The day was so very funny with Dave!
Dave we love you so much and miss you !!

No not really.Children under 6 can not go on an open safari truck.
It is best to take a private tour,and closed car.

We leave from anywhere in Nelspruit or surrounding areas at 5am in an open vehicle, please dress warmly.
We enter Kruger included is a packed lunch, entrance fees, water and a guide for the whole day, we return to Nelspruit in the late afternoon.
The cost per person R1650 which needs to be paid in full to confirm departure, thank you.
Please note all tours book and paid directly to us (no third party) get free dorm accommodation at The Old Vic the night before and after all tours.

Kruger Day tour:1650 rand
· Depart 05:00 in our open safari vehicle from anywhere in Nelspruit
· Enter Kruger National Park around 6:00
· We begin a leisurely game drive hoping to spot all of the 140 mammals, including the big five, stretching and preparing for the new day.
· For a well-deserved lunch break we stop at a Kruger picnic spot to enjoy a delicious yet simple packed lunch.
· After lunch we take on another game drive while heading to the exit, ending our perfect day with another game drive as we head to the exit, making our way back to Nelspruit in the late afternoon.
Blyde river tour: 1650 rand
Departing from Nelspruit, pickups can be arranged in surrounding areas, around 7:00 am, depending on amount of pic ups departure can be earlier.
During this tour we visit the Small Drakensberg range viewing God’s window, Lisbon falls, Lone Creek Falls,MacMac Falls,Bourke’s Luck potholes as well as the Blyde river canyon.
During this busy day we stop at Harrie’s pancakes for a delicious and very needed lunch, we then continue with the tour, making our way back home, in Nelspruit.

You should stay in Nelspruit the night before.
