Our daytrip with Dave was an absolute thrill from start to finish. Dave's wealth of knowledge about the country's history, culture, and folklore added depth to every stop along the journey. One of the main highlights was the amazing lunch experience, where we indulged in traditional Swazi cuisine (authentic market restaurant).
Despite the packed itinerary, the 12 hours with Dave flew by. We saw Swaziland's main cities and visited the main attractions (cultural village with floklore dancing, glass factory and Swazi candles).
We can highly recommend this daytrip for adventrouros people running on a tight schedule and looking forward to visiting a new country within a day.

Dave, Bella & Dylan provided us with the most incredible six days. We felt like they had adopted us into their family and made us feel so welcome!
The food was outstanding and by far the best I’ve ever had on a tour. So much variety & plenty to go round. Dietary requirements within our group were catered for well.
The itinerary was jam packed which meant we achieved so much in the six days - from cycling round Soweto to safari days in Kruger!
Dave has the most infectious energy, tells great stories and anecdotes (and the odd bad joke)!
I cannot recommend Kruger Flexi Tours enough - you’ll be in for a treat!

One of the most memorable tours of my life, close to perfection from start to finish. Everything was very clearly approached with a high level of quality and attention to detail, no question or request was too much.

Thanks a lot for a great day tour. The tour guide Dave was fantastic and had a lot of great energy, putting in a lot of work to make the tour fun, enjoyable and keeping it flexible enough for us to adjust our route through Kruger. We saw a lot of different animals thanks to his know how and knowledge of the place. Thanks a lot and would definitely highly recommend this company.

Dave was fantastic! 10/10 highly recommended. He picked us up from our Kruger lodge and made the day trip with us to Swaziland. The drive was safe, enjoyable and he was very well connected so we felt lke we were in good hands. He took us to a great lunch and dropped us to our hotel in Swaziland safely

I took the tour to Kruger National Park, but I didn't like it, because the site is written that have lunch is included, but in real, It didn't happen, only include a bag with little snack.

It does amaze me that you saw the Big Five all in one day had a great tour with an excellent guide ,All that was important was the lunch!We state clearly that it a small packed lunch.Sorry it was not what you expected.

Had a good day in Kruger Natl Park with our guide from Old Vic Tours. Ted - our guide - was very experienced and answered all our questions. He would stop anytime we asked him to (as we may have spotted some animals to watch) or he would pull over when he would spy something ahead or know that there was a sighting based on radio communication. They tried to make the experience as full as they could so they were very flexible on times and locations. I'm not sure what I expected but I was surprised that we could go long distances without seeing any animals. But when they showed up it was awesome - buffalo, elephants, white rhino ,hyenas, baboons, zebras, impala, antelope......and a lion! And btw, toilet stops were built in at good intervals!

Dave is an amazing guide, but more than a guide is like a friend, he enjoy to be in company of other people he enjoy his work and we enjoyed with him.
I read a lot of review here about him but never imagine how good is to take this tour.
the old vic is great and Bella and Dave make it incredible. your feel like at home. Even Dylan, Dave's and Bela's son was very friendly and take my kids to see the animals in the old vic. to my friends I will say if Kruger park, only with Dave!!!

One of the top 2 things I wanted to do in S Africa, was visit Kruger National Park. I booked with this outfit months before my trip and was scheduled to do the Kruger tour on Mar 18. They sent me an email after I booked, stating that there was a minimum 2 persons required and they would COMMUNICATE whether someone else joined the tour. I didn't see this as an issue because I was willing to pay for 2 people even though I was 1. My flight to S Africa was on Mar 10, and since I had not heard from them as promised, I emailed them asking what the situation was on Mar 9. When I landed in Johannesburg on Mar 12, I had still not heard from them. On Mar 13, I happened to be looking at my credit card statement and noticed they had refunded my pre-paid tour fee on Mar 6 with no communication. They also never responded to my email (to this day). I spent the next 3 days searching for a tour company that wasn't booked (most were), and finally found a company that could take me (with only 3 days to spare, and they were fine with me being solo but paying for 2 tours)....Mbombela Experience.

Firstly you never booked with us but rather with Viator/Trip advisor travel partner.!
Viator made a mistake not us by taking your booking we always state we need a minimum of two people for a tour to depart.we informed you of this a few time via email and Viator.
We then cancelled your tour on the 4 March plenty of time to inform you.
We did not do the refund, Viator did everything as we had no direct contact with you, all through Viator.
We were never once told by you, you were happy to book and pay for two people to do a tour we would have done this with the greatest of pleasure.
It is not our fault you do not look at emails or credit card statements.
We are really sorry about any problem this caused you.
Please note due to Viator neglect in this matter and your unhappiness we will not be using them any longer.
As the owner of the company it is always our wish to have the guest happy,with Viator this did not happen.Sorry.
I am glad you had a good time in Kruger as it is a wonderful place.

I knew I found the right Kruger tour when Crazy Dave and Bella were able to work with my limited weekend schedule, all while still being able to see the Panorama Route in addition. Whether it is a long or short tour, "Flexi" is a key part of what this company does for its guests. It is also very friendly to the solo travelers which is not always the case with other Kruger outfitters.
I spent a day and a half with Marc, seeing the Panorama Route in the peaceful early morning, making a pancake stop, and then to Paul Kruger gate for an afternoon drive to Lower Sabie. We spent the night there in SanPark accommodation, followed by a morning game drive. Marc is an exceptionally knowledgeable, entertaining, and hospitable guide with a biologist background. We saw plenty of big game while in the park and even more on the included SanParks evening drive. Marc was waiting for us with a braai afterwards. On the second day, English Dave took a couple of us back via Malelane and we got to see even more animals. I was sad to head back to Joburg after such a weekend.

We always need two people for a day tour to depart.Please note we do single people and the cost is 2500.00 rand ,this is for both tours below,if other people join you 850 rand is refunded to you.Thanks
We leave from anywhere in Nelspruit or surrounding areas at 5am in an open vehicle, please dress warmly.
We enter Kruger included is a packed lunch, entrance fees, water and a guide for the whole day, we return to Nelspruit in the late afternoon.
The cost per person R1650 which needs to be paid in full to confirm departure, thank you.
Please note all tours book and paid directly to us (no third party) get free dorm accommodation at The Old Vic the night before and after all tours.

Kruger Day tour:1650 rand
· Depart 05:00 in our open safari vehicle from anywhere in Nelspruit
· Enter Kruger National Park around 6:00
· We begin a leisurely game drive hoping to spot all of the 140 mammals, including the big five, stretching and preparing for the new day.
· For a well-deserved lunch break we stop at a Kruger picnic spot to enjoy a delicious yet simple packed lunch.
· After lunch we take on another game drive while heading to the exit, ending our perfect day with another game drive as we head to the exit, making our way back to Nelspruit in the late afternoon.
Blyde river tour: 1650 rand
Departing from Nelspruit, pickups can be arranged in surrounding areas, around 7:00 am, depending on amount of pic ups departure can be earlier.
During this tour we visit the Small Drakensberg range viewing God’s window, Lisbon falls, Lone Creek Falls,MacMac Falls,Bourke’s Luck potholes as well as the Blyde river canyon.
During this busy day we stop at Harrie’s pancakes for a delicious and very needed lunch, we then continue with the tour, making our way back home, in Nelspruit.
