Skyway Trails Adventure Centre Aerial Cable Trail: Experience the freedom of gliding over one of the last remaining natural forested valleys along the Sabie River. The trail takes you down into the valley basin, stopping along the way on 9 elevated platforms to admire the natural vegetation, birdlife and the views of the forest floor below. Each section of the trail varies in length from 70 to 230 meters; with a total trail length of 1.2 km. Qualified guides escort all groups. Tree Top Challenge: Join us for a unique and fun-packed experience on our awesome high ropes course, with 19 exciting obstacles - balancing beams, rope bridges and more - ending on our 50 m zip line.

Great day of ziplining

This was an amazing time. We felt safe the entire time. Beautiful vistas. Staff were friendly and made us feel safe and well cared for. I would definitely do this again. And dont miss eating at the italian restaurant on other side of parking lot!

Zip line experience and excellence

What a wonderful experience from Check in, to completion. Our tour guides were the best. Succeed, and Ishmael were very patient and explained every step to make the experience enjoyable and fun. On top of all the previous mentioned, they are also awesome photographers and take awesome videos. You will not be disappointed if you book with these folks. I would give more than a 5 star! Thank you so much for a great experience and a wonderful trip!

Gobsmackingly Good
An incredible experience to be zipping down 1.8 kms of zipline over streams, jungles and hills. Absolutely safe - the fear is inside the head :) great staff and crew who will support / help / encourage - great family activity. Some of the lines are long, some are very high, some are scenic and some need technical finesse - great experience. 100% safe. A beautiful drive takes one to the top of the hill and then treks between foliage and trees reveal each platform / station - the zipline has 8 stations from the top to the bottom. Must do activity!!!

Great Adventure which nearly turned into a disaster

Today, our group of 7 (Canadians and South Africans) had a fantastic time out in the valley. Very beautiful. I was concerned when the two instructors were showing off a bit on the zip line. And, of course, the inevitable happened on the last leg of our fun. When lowering us down to the ground, the instructor lost his grip and one of our team crashed to the ground injuring his buttox. Luckily he didn't break any bones, but it was close. Instructors should realise that this is dangerous if not taken seriously. It did put a damper onto the trip.

A little nervous to start but WOW - when you set off on the first zip wire, it is truly breathtaking! Safety comes first with this company and they have the most experienced and best guides on the job!
Nothing detracts from the excitement as you fly across the countryside. Highly recommended - cannot wait to do it again!

Nice, but ...

... Having done acrobranch treetop adventures in Joburg, I found the lack of backup safety a little disconcerting. While I was there a child fell and was left dangling for a long time before a rescuer made his way laboriously around the course to help.

Thanks for your response, we use a continuous belay device the most high tech system on the market and accepted as the safest system In Europe and the USA, we are also the only company in SA that use this system. The other company you ref to use a clip on and clip off system putting your children's safety in their own hands, our system takes that responsibility away, and hence it has become the accepted std worldwide for modern rope courses.

What an experience......it was great!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful and made jokes the whole time. The experience was really something different and according to us, value for money. My 10 year old son has a mild fear of heights and that is why we wanted to do this. The staff was once again excellent with him. He said he can't wait to do it again. This is a must to put on your bucket list.
