Near Ktuger Park, after the must-see safaris, this crocodile farm is worth a visit to see these other very wild and very dangerous animals and at the same time impressive. We have learned a lot about these animals feared (rightly) and if can known. The farm isn’t always easy to find with different apps and the dirt road to get there might discourage some. But on the spot the welcome is warm and the fast guided tour of nearly 2 hours is made by a passionate who masters his subject 100%. Thank you to him, for his humor’ his kindness and the answers he provides to all questions. Don’t be afraid if he asks you to hold a (small) croc: in your hands he will hold the mouth of this little monster tight:

Today we went to crocodile farm Seronera and had a tour from the new owner. Fascinating to hear how he could talk passionately about the crocodiles and the farm. Seen several basins with increasingly larger crocodiles. He tells a lot about the crocodile's behavior. We learned a lot because of this. Tour lasted 45-60 minutes and was a fun experience!

You can get nice and close to the big and small crocodiles and the are very calm. You don't have to be afraid and the staff are very nice and friendly and they know their stuff! They show you everything they can which make it very personal especial because it is the managers.
It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend it to any one.

Shown around by Jeremy the farm owner, a true gentleman with a dedicated passion for crocodiles. This controlled farming has dramatically reduced the poaching that nearly killed off the croc population. To see first hand how crocs are farmed properly and professionally was fascinating and good value for money (even our teen son who’s not impressed by anything really enjoyed it)!

Conrad was an excellent guide and really explained the workings of the farm in an informative and interesting manner. It is amazing how the farm helps maintain the crocodile population in the wild.
