About
Get up close and personal with some of South Africa and the worlds most venomous snakes! Large constrictors, lizards, tortoises, spiders, frogs and crocodilians on display, all set amongst lush tropical gardens. A great outing for everyone, combining education and information with fun - don't miss our incredibly informative demonstrations at 11 and 3 daily, and crocodile feeding on Sundays at 2 (seasonal and weather dependent. We are so lucky to be situated centrally, with restaurants (including Spur, Kuka and Topoplinos) and a kiddies playground all within the same centre, Skyway trails right next door, and two Elephant Sanctuaries within 10km! We are also in easy reach of Sudwala Caves and the Panorama Route, and partner with Induna Adventures, Sudwala Caves, Mafunyane water park and Chimp Eden to offer you great discounts.

Very nice place to visit with kids. Got to see the black & green mamba, vine snake, cape cobra and many more that are common to SA land but also foreign snakes like the cotton mouth, northwestern neotropical rattlesnake, brazilian rainbow boa and the copperhead to name a few.
Also got to see the venomous snake show and learning about constrictors.

Educational and entertaining experience
Aug 2020 • Family
We spent a lovely afternoon at Perry's Reptile park with our young daughter who is fascinated by wildlife in general and snakes in particular. We were truly impressed by Nolwazi who taught all of us a tremendous amount about snakes and reptiles. She was excellent in her presentation. We will definitely be coming back.

Facing fears
Dec 2019
We visited Hazyview on a recent trip to South Africa and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and immaculate state of the animals.
As for interaction, you cannot ask for better handlers and experiences with reptiles. We all faced some of our fears: letting a tarantula walk on your hands, holding a snake, holding an iguana and feeding lizards. What a special attraction!

Good Selection of Reptiles
Feb 2020
Good for a short visit, especially if you have reptile lovers in the family. Lots of snakes, turtles, crocodiles, spiders, etc. on display. I would recommend visiting when they're doing a demonstration, as you'll get more for your money. When we visited there weren't many people there, but the handler did bring out a ball python for everyone to see and touch.

Family vacation

Myself and kids are very fascinated by all kinds of reptiles. So this was something we were looking forward to. The daily show and educational slots on these reptiles was very appreciated.
This we really enjoyed, and would encourage everyone to visit the place to be educated on all types of snakes. This will help us know how to behave when we see snakes.

Still Love It
Jan 2020
We had some time to kill before catching our flight back to JHB, so we decided to visit the park. We were here back in 2014 and enjoyed it as much as the first time, so did our friends visiting from Brazil. Our timing was spot-on; we arrived during feeding time, which was an interesting sight. The staff is well informed, friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. It is a great place to visit for the young and old and well worth it.
