Unfortunately it was more like a Tolkien-like book about Misty Mountain when we visited and we saw nothing when the mist came in like a tsunami

I did NOT care so much for that view (of a rather open landscape) but I adored the faity tail rain forest above it

We travelled here from Kruger Park Orphen gate which took approx. 2hrs. The drive was senic across water and through the mountains. There is a small entry fee and safe parking available . A small hike to the viewpoint and rainforest revealed stunning views. There are local craft stalls, a food truck and clean toilets in close proximity.

Part of the Panoramic Route will take you to God's Window as part of your daytrip. The site is a viewpoint over the surrounding area and a little further up with an area that is called rainforest.
The natural beauty of the area is truly amazing and shouldn't be missed when visiting the area.

A beautiful view - well worth the stop on our guided tour of the area before we headed back down for lunch. Excellent photographic opportunity.

I would advise that people go during off peak periods, during holidays the place can get a bit overcrowded and you then don't get to experience the nature walks or get good pictures. Overall, the place has beautiful scenery, paranomic views.
I highly recommend and would go again

It’s fine. My partner and I each paid R25 to walk around on wooden walkways and see a single interesting view.
I can’t deny that it’s an exceptional view, but if you’re expecting something more than this you will likely be disappointed.
It’s hard to recommend if you’ve already seen other sights along the Panorama Route, or if you’ve spent some time driving around the beautiful surrounding landscapes.

Beautiful view and enjoyed the rain forest especially. Just a lot of litter, even tied to the fencing which detracted from the venue. Most viewpoints in the area are better maintained. Went on a misty day but still worth the visit.

Majestic views
, even better for lovers of nature. Definitely worth visiting. Wait for the weather to clear (misty atmospheres) especially in the morning

Spectacular views.
You can visit 2 days in a row and have a different experience as it changes with the weather.
Rainbows along the waterfalls and the next visit will be clear and you'll be able to see to the ends of the earth.
Bear in mind that the view is hidden, so if you get to the car park and aren't impressed, you need to do the walk to get to see the magic.

Hi Jomari, it definitely is wheelchair accessible, there's a pathway to viewing point nr 1, 2 and 3. The bottom viewing point is actually the closest to the carpark and also the most beautifull ! Please make sure to visit the 3 Rondawels, also wheelchair friendly !!! Enjoy and be safe !
is there a coach charge as well as a pp charge - do you know?
