Such seamless and professional service. From the moment we booked our trip to being dropped off at home, absolutely everything was perfect. Trevor was our guide. Always smiling and so determined to find the wildlife. We would highly recommend the services of Inkosi Tours and Transfers. Thank you again Goodman and Trevor.

My friends and I had heard about Inkosi through word of mouth from other friends. I was a bit apprehensive because there weren't a lot of reviews but there was nothing to worry about! Trevor and Vincent picked us up from our friend's house in Johannesburg and took us through the Panorama tour up to Hazy View where we saw a lot of lovely sites. Then, the REAL FUN began... a 5:15am pickup in a safari vehicle with cold water and warm blankets provided as we headed into Kruger Park. Trevor really loves this place and you can tell. He spoke with such quiet passion and knowledge about the different animals. He has eyes like an eagle! He can spot a rhino or a leopard on the horizon! We were amazed. He is also patient with us and our old computer strained eyes and was able to guide us to see everything. In the end, we were joking that we wanted him to find us a unicorn! We did two days of a game tour and coldn't have been happier about the service. We felt so blessed and lucky to watch a White rhino in close proximity munching away about 15 feet from us. Watching a leopard eat her kill. Following the baby elephants as they danced in the mud. And seeing a pack of African dogs! Such a professional and lovely company - with that warm Mpumulunga touch - by the time they dropped us off at the airport, we felt like we were saying goodbye to family members. Goodman kept an eye on us from afar the whole time to ensure it all went well.

Our recent visit to Kruger Park was the trip of a life time thanks, in large part, to our safari guide, Jeffrey. His vast knowledge of the park, the animals, and where our best chances for sightings would be made it an unforgettable experience. We saw the Big 5 among many other beautiful animals. Spectacular!

We have been transferred by Goodman from the airport to our Lodge in Kruger and back. It was a blast. He promised one of the big five before reaching the lodge and delivered. This all in the his brand new Toyota. Became quite dirty on the 1st drive too.
Last but not least here are the most difficult to find “big five”:
Honey badger
Pangolin
Serval cat
Eland Antelope
Sable Antelope

Thanks again.

I booked a Safari tour to Kruger National Park with Inkosi Tours more than a month ago through our accommodation PineLake Resort. I made sure I sort out all our activities long before we could go to avoid any disappoint
of doing late bookings.

I even wanted to pay for our Safari Tour prior to ensure that we are booked but I was informed I can only do payment after the service.

Yoh on Sunday morning when we were supposed to go for the Safari tour we woke up so early at 4am because we booked a 5h30 am tour because we wanted to do other things during the day. We waited and waited for our Safati open vehicle but it did not arrive on time. I decided to make a call to Inkosi tours as the reception of PineLake only opens at 7am. A lady called Nozizwe answered my call and said my booking has been cancelled. I was so shocked I couldn't believe it. After all my efforts I put on this booking to hear that my booking has been cancelled without me confirming that.

The lady told me stories that she called me on Friday and I did not pick up the call whereas I did not receive any of her call. She then claimed to have contacted Julie from Pinelake resort to confirm my booking and Julie said she has not communicated with me in a while. She decided to cancel my booking. I told her even she called me as she claimed why did she send me an email because I was communicating via email when I made the booking.

I was so upset that I wasted my time on this booking by making sure I make the booking early all to have it cancelled. I even thought they must have prioritised someone else. The lady was so chilled and kept on repeating herself that she called me blah blah blah that time we are all ready for the Safari. She then said she will see what she can she can do. This lady made me lose my mind again when she was not getting back to me about how far she going with this "trying to see what she can do" thing. I called her again very upset and crying again she said she is trying to get someone to come pick us up. At that time I am thinking of the time that is going with us still seating at the resort not knowing what is going to happen.

Later she sent me an SMS that someone will come at 6h30am imagine we have been ready way before 5h30am.

Eventually a guy came to take us to the Safari tour. We were atleast relieved that atleast we are going to go to the tour that we planned for on the day we wanted to do it on. The guy cheered us up saying he had to come quickly when he heard about what happened because he did not want to their clients to be disappointed.

He took us on a long drive in Kruger we saw the animals. We enjoyed our drive. He was informative about the animals and the park. We even stopped for lunch at the restuarant. He was patient with us and we took lots of pictures and videos. We really enjoyed ourselves we even forgot about the stress of the morning. We came back very tired from the drive. We had a great experience in the end.

The guides were amazing! They were very professional and experienced, we trusted them for everything. They created a really fun, interesting and beautiful trip! Vincent and Trevor were so funny and kind to me and my friend, very patient to everything we wanted to see and do. Trevor did above and beyond to get us to see all the animals we wanted in Kruger park and knew everything about them so we could ask him many questions. It was such an amazing trip and i can’t recommend them enough.
