Great tour! Reasonable prices! Tour guide very clued up and did an excellent job. The people I was traveling with enjoyed the tour but as a young person I feel we drove such a long distance for ‘mahala’ I didn’t find it interesting and worth the hours I spent to get there. It’s really a basic place. In conclusion I am not the target market, a waste of time for me.

Ps. We got there late cos we got lost and apparently more activities take place earlier on in the day such as feeding of the crocodiles. You can also purchase crocodile meat there.

We visited Thaba Kwena in July and was very impressed. The restaurant is small but the food was very tasteful and very reasonably priced. The premises are clean and neat. The tour was short but our gide, Alvinah was well informed and very resourceful. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely place. Not much area to walk around and explore. Tour guide friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a short visit but you learn a lot about crocodiles. They have impressive animals in their enclosure.

The road there is gravel so a bumpy ride. But once there you learn a lot about crocodiles there is also a gift shop where you can buy items from leather belts to skins.

Really bad attitude and unfriendly man at this shop. Greeted him and he doesn't even greet back. My friends walked through the door that is un-maned with no information telling you that you are entering the Croc farm. Instantly they were charged R50 each for making a wrong turn. Really poor management and unprofessional. Will never go there again. Looks like he couldn't wait to get his money for the day.

It is what it is. It's a commercial crocodile farm and only a small area is accessible to the public. Staff was knowledgeable and the tour was informative.
I was however disappointed that not more local products are promoted, the products produced overseas are preceave to be of better quality but local craft can be of great value, this needs to be prompted.

Our guide (Girly) was simply phenomenal and answered all our questions and made the experience so memorable. So much to learn!
