A special and amazing trip. Even though we only saw 2 of the big 5, what made it special, was Marinda's attention to detail. She took her time to show us everything from the smallest of animals to some rare, Sable sightings as well. Never once being disturbed by traffic, she stopped and gave us more than enough time to appreciate a sighting. I would recommend her to anyone who would like a relaxed, informed and amazing trip.

Amazingly wellorganized.
Vehicle was well equipped and neat.
Guide ( Viljoen) was amazing and his knowledge of the anamals , birds and fauna and flora was exceptionally .
I would highly recommend that you use them them for your next African bush aventure.

We did two days of safari with Will, I don’t think there could be a better safari experience. Will knows the park at his fingertips, whether fauna or flora, he knew how to lead us to unmissable places, thank you very much!!!

Very fortune to find this safari tour, they assigned Viljoen to us who is very good. He spent a lot of efforts in finding the big five as it is not an easy task to spot them. We even saw a leopard on our last day. Very lucky. Dean did not pack us to sit with other customers so we have a car on our own. That makes the timing, drop off and pick up very convenient. Thanks for their flexible service. We have two half days and one full day with them. Viljoen worked very hard .

Wow!! What an amazing experience as Americans visiting South Africa for the first time. Miranda was a wonderful tour guide. So knowledgeable, kept us feeling safe, We saw so many beautiful animal sightings. Even saw 4 out of the big five.

Dean and his team provided an excellent service to my group. I booked private safari drives from Protea Kruger Gate Hotel on 4 consecutive days at Kruger National Park.
The rangers were knowledgeable , punctual , their vehicles were clean and they also supplied optional warm blankets to my guests.
My group saw a lot of animals including the big 5

What an amazing experience we had with Dean Redellinghuys of Wanyama Safaris at the end of November 2019. Dean took us out for a game drive, picking us up bright and early from our guest house. Dean clearly loves what he does and is very passionate about conservation and the Kruger Park. He was so informative about the animals we saw - he has eyes like a hawk!! He spotted birds and animals that we had not even noticed. Dean was very informative, he has a deep knowledge about the animals and birds and kept us informed about what we were seeing and telling us stories about the park and the diversity of the area. I would highly recommend Dean and Wanyama Safaris to anybody going to the Kruger Park, it is so important to have somebody who clearly loves what he does and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others.

We were lucky enough to have Dean as our guide for a 5 day Kruger tour. He was the best guide we could have asked for! He felt like an old friend by the end of our trip. He knows his stuff and LOVES what he does. He helped us see not only the big wildlife that everyone wants to see, but also the smaller animals, plant life, scenic views and amazing food to make sure we got a full, well rounded experience. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Marinda was absolutely amazing! We scheduled a drive for my Grandmothers 80th birthday and took 4 very young kids with us. She made sure to stop enough times for us all to have potty breaks and we still got to see the big 5 within the first 4 hours!! She was knowledgeable on all our questions, and happy to stop anytime for any animal we asked about.
Wanyama were extremely flexible with our ever changing itinerary and helped coordinate pick up and drop off for our convenience.
I highly recommend using Wanyama as we had an amazing experience!
