The service and execution was absolutely terrible! Took days for the "booking agent" to respond to messages and calls. Driver pitched nearly half an hour late for the arranged pick up at Kamagelo Centre in Hoedspruit. Due to the late pickup, the driver decided to reroute the entire trip resulting in passengers missing flights etc. The estimated travel time according to safari link was 5.5hrs to Pretoria. The bus left Hoedspruit at 11:20am and only arrived at the drop off in Pretoria at 19:20. No apologies or explanation. Terrible service! My advise: look elsewhere for a transfer company!

This is the worst shuttle service! I had a trip to Hoedspruit and was said we will arrive at 12:00 and then we arrived 5pm. They didn’t even care to say sorry or care about it at all. And when I booked them again they were half an hour late, saying they have “bad luck” with these things these days, but honestly I just think this is called bad service. This is totally unacceptable. I had to cancel all my plans for that day and couldn’t even get refunds for most of them.

Very efficient and in time. Friendly and careful drivers. Felt very safe and well looked after. Picked up at Jo’burg airport and taken to Wait A Little horse riding safari, then collected and taken back to airport. Very good service.

Blessing, Stan and Nicola are wonderful drivers!! Had the most wonderful time on the drives. Very safe. Would have missed my game drive but they organised a private driver (Stan is unbeatable) for me so I could still make it. That is service!! :)

Overall we were very impressed with our return journey from OR Tambo Airport (Joburg) to Becks Safari Lodge. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent, with any queries whilst in South Africa answered promptly over WhatsApp by employees such as Kiesha.

Stanley had such a fantastic energy and enthusiasm which we still remember fondly. He took a scenic route to Joburg Airport and made our journey extremely comfortable by making two excellent stops.

Yesterday I took the Safari Link Shuttle from Hoedspruit to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. It was a very pleasant journey. I would like to commend Leonard, our Safari Link driver on his brilliant, safe driving & his excellent communications with all his passengers. At no time did I feel unsafe or feel that Leonard was taking unnecessary risks on those busy & often potholed roads. At the time I booked the Safari Link Shuttle any flight from Hoedspruit to OR Tambo was a minimum of R1500 more than the Shuttle.
I'll definitely be telling other friends who travel this route about this experience, & hope to travel again with Safari Link Shuttle in the future.
