Family run small reptile sanctuary and exhibit. We had a personal guided tour through the exhibit which is a work in progress. It was super interesting and informative and their passion for snakes and other reptiles is inspiring.

What's not to love about a harmless little tree snake? The guide is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about reptiles! All are native locally so was good for me being from overseas to know what to look out for. I liked the mamba, the lizards, the tarantulas, crocs, tortoises, and my favourite was the little green tree snake we got to hold. Took around 45 mins to go round with the guide.

The guide is incredibly knowledgeable and makes witty comments throughout to keep you and any kids in the tour entertained and interested. He has real-life stories to tell and gives interesting facts and information about the creatures. Absolutely worth it, I'd definitely recommend it for adults and families with kids.

Fantastic little spot on the North Coast. Great people and lots of knowledge regarding their animals. The people here were very helpful and I got some amazing shot with their assistance.

Ndlondlo Reptile park was a very informal yet well organised tour that introduced us to the amazing characters and personalities of the lizards, pythons, bearded dragons and many other creatures.
It was really informative, like an outing with Steve Erwin. It could be a life changing experience for some and a fascinating way to spend an afternoon for others.

Simply because after reaching the destination, it was SHUT on a Saturday noon (3rd June 2017). Tried calling the number on the gates. No response. Very irritating especially after 7 kms drive on the dirt road :(

We went to the park early in the morning, booked a tour. We wanted the 2 year old toddler to see reptiles. He knows farm animals, household pets, fish.
We were taken through the park on a guided tour, the info given was amazing. Learn so much about snakes, and living in this area, that is always a good thing to know.
The kiddy was perhaps a bit too young to understand it all, but he did get to understand a bit, and learning to treat nature and animals with respect. That is a very good start.

My Aussie partner is in love with snakes and while using google to find some neat attractions we found this. It was a nice drive on dirt road, after crossing the train tracks there were a few homes and then the reptile center. The owners were friendly and very informative. they have a great collection of snakes and reptiles. It was nice to see them up so close! We would have liked to stay a little longer but they had to run off due to a call concerning a dangerous snake in a home.. So other than that it was a great little pit stop. I think we were there about half an hour in all :)
