The Surf Action surf school in Southbroom was an amazing experience for myself and my two children (9 &12).
From making the bookings, to clear guidance on the weather and the best times for lessons, to the patient and truly helpful instructors, our experience was amazing end to end. We visited over 4 days for a number of lessons and board hire sessions and were always given impeccable service.
Thank you Royden and Walter. We will see you again later in the year

Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant!
We take our boys to Southbroom every time we visit the coast and it’s for the best surf instruction ever!
Royden and his instructors are the most down to earth, friendly folks you will ever come across. Nothing is ever too much.
No matter your age or level of surf experience, their professionalism, knowledge and patience will have you wanting to return back every time.
Surfing with family is what it feels like and it’s what has Surf Action at the top of our to-do list.
Thanks so much Royden and staff… you will forever have us front and center of your Fan Club!

My daughter (age 12) had a one-on-one lesson with Candice, a former Springbok surfer, and she really helped give her great advice to take her surfing to a new level. Candice was also good with my other daughter and her two friends. Friendly and caring.

WOW! What a surf shop, such great vibes everybody is so so friendly and helpful. I felt at home straight away. Jeremy Laas the manager ( What a good man!!!!) if ever you visit margate be sure to check it out!

We did surfing lessons with Surf Action and it was super fun and we highly enjoyed it. They definitely taught us very well because we were standing after the first lesson. The instructors are very kind and supportive which I think is very important so I highly recommend them!!! 😊👍🏄♀️
