I went on this trip as it said there was a zoo there and lovely flowers. It was dreadful. They were just about planting flowers and shrubs ready to bloom in a few weeks and the "zoo" was very limited. Just outside the entrance to...More

We had a lovely picnic here with the whole family. There is a huge playground for the kids to run around in and plenty space for parents to relax on the grass but keep an eye on the little ones.

There's a small zoo with a variety of birds, reptiles, marsupials etc. Very cheap entry fee. Surrounded by a lovely tree-filled park, with a kiddies playground area. There's also a tea garden and restaurant which are worth a visit. Great place to take the kids.

Growing up I remember this place to be a awesome kids playground. But now the place is sad and unkept. Walk past five cages with the same sad animals in each cage. There is no variety, just a poorly looked after animal park.
