Terrible
Dec 2019 • Family
Not sure how a ‘private’ beach could be so dirty!!!! It’s been raining and a lot of junk has washed up on the beach - people were swimming and the rubbish had not been cleaned up!

Disgusting and disappointing- come on Ushaka!

Beautiful beach

Beautiful beach with soft sand. Great views for pictures with coastal guard on duty. Only problem is overcrowding during peak season. Visitors comes with buses.

Lovely stroll
Aug 2018 • Family
Even tho it was winter we enjoyed a lovely stroll on the beach.

People were swimming and having a fun time. We did not swim as we planned to do other things on this day.

I would def recommend a swim in the luke warm Indian Ocean waters.

Beautiful sandy beach
May 2018 • Family
The sand on this part of the beach seemed cleaner than further north. Previously we had been on the ‘south beach’ and the sand there was a bit black / grey. The sand on this beach was clean and yellow.

When we went it was nearly high tide and the waves were quite large and strong. Our 5 year old loved being pummelled by the waves (at least until he lost one of his beach toys in the waves!)
