We booked 3 trips in one day. We were an hour late for the first trip and 30 minutes late for the last trip. In between, the driver waited an hour for us while I had to visit the office for work. Fantastic service, no complaints or charges for delays, lovely, friendly drivers. Could not imagine a better service anywhere!

We booked this transfer service weeks in advance. They confirmed my flight and arrival time as well as the number of luggage before our arrival in Johannesburg. They responded promptly to questions and requests. Clear instructions were provided on where to meet the driver. The drivers also communicated directly with me. Thatho and Junior showed up on time. They were pleasant and drove safely. Our vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Prices were transparent. There were no surprises. We will definitely use them again with future trips to Johannesburg.

I used Santon Taxi Cab service for my transportation to and from Airport and had driver Nkululeko. Nkululeko was on time and very professional. He gave us an amazing experience. Out flight came in super late and even although we jad bag issues at the airport he made us feel very welcomed to Africa. I would be sure to recommend him to anyone traveling there and will definitely use they service every time.

We, 4 friends, loved this half day tour very much. Our driver/guide Nkululeko from Sandton taxi cabs is very nice, know-legible, and professional. We visited the iconic areas such as Apartheid Museum, Mandala’s house, and had delicious South Africa food before heading to the airport.

I am glad we used this reliable and punctual service that included pick up at the airport and return for our departure flight. I was contacted the day before by our driver and was able to give him updates about our flight. The price was comparable to taking a taxi at the airport but after the stress of an overnight flight, it is good to have transportation arranged. The driver greeted us with our surnames. I paid online through a secure website, so did not have to hassle with the currency. We also used their service within the city to visit the Apartheid museum. I highly recommend this group.

After Air France tried to sabotage our visit, Mr Sapps and his team, absolutely saved the day.
Their service was efficient, immediate and all around excellent. Unforeseen airline delays were handled in a calm, friendly and reassuring way. I cannot recommend this company enough. I'm so glad we used them!

Our guide Ku was very nice and knowledgeable. He took great care of us and added value to our experience. The office however was not the best. Communication was poor. I had to run them down to get a response, which was unpleasant. They seemed like I was bothering them, for something I paid for so I did not appreciate that. Ku, our guide, made up for it but I don’t think I will go with this company again. Overall it was great to see the site and meet the people, learn the history and experience it all. I’d definitely do the experience again but probably with a different company.

No one at airport on arrival despite having received confirmation email. Took over 2 hours to sort it out with the help of airport staff and a car rental man who helped make contact with company. Had to go buy a SIM card so I could then have contact and also to let friends know what was happening. The driver sent ended up being a regular taxi driver who once he convinced us he was legitimately sent was very nice but being solo arriving I was nervous and unhappy with result. I received a text saying I would be offered a free return trip to airport they have since not replied to my enquiries.
