Thank you Candice for your excellent friendly service! I was originally just planning to browse through your beautiful jewellery collection, but end up with a gorgeous colourful ring that grabs everyone attention! Your in-depth knowledge about jewellery and the stores history around it, was so refreshing and informative! You even went out of your way to clean my old ring, that it looked brand new again! Can’t wait to visit you again and would highly recommend you and your store to anyone!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience w Jack Friedman. Candice assisted me in picking out earrings for my partner. Candice offered an amazing customer service experience & ensure I ended up with exactly what I wanted within my budget!

buying jewelry, especially diamonds, is always a big
challenge for me, but when I entered the shop and the
presence of an experienced lady whose name is Debbie
assured me that I could trust her with His calm and
dignified manner of persuasion convinced me that I could
buy my wife's favorite diamonds in that shop without any
worries.
My wife Parisa also is very happy now , thank you so
much Debbie 🌺🌺🌺

Our consultant Debbie was an absolute star. We required three custom made pieces which she worked over and above on. We requested many alterations throughout the process which Debbie happily assisted us with. We did have a few snags with the pieces after purchase and Debbie quickly fixed everything up for us and since then we have no complaints. Debbie is always quick to respond to messages and works to meet all your needs to perfection. The quality of service & product at Jack Friedman is top notch.
