Debbie Diamond provided such great service and also aftercare that made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. She is very attentive to her customers which as visitors from the UK we really appreciated. This is our second time shopping with Debbie and we would highly recommend.

I had the most fabulous and joyous experience with Debbie Diamond!!! She's firstly so knowledgeable on everything jewelry, she helped me create the most amazing engagement ring. Her service was really top class, always smiling, always available, always helpful, always knowledgeable and always going the extra mile. Even my future fiancee coming in to try on the rings was such an cute and memorable experience where we blindfolded her and we all had so much fun with it, creating beautiful and lasting memories. By the end of it all even other shoppers were in tears, Debbie too, she's truly a romantic at heart and is really invested in creating magical experiences, a lil cupid of note. I've truly run out of words to thank Debbie Diamond for making my whole engagement process such a beautiful experience, she really went the extra 100 miles with everything she did. Debbie Diamond is truly a jewel in world of jewelry and will always remember how special she's made our special day and I'll be forever thankful for that. Excellent Debbie Diamond

I was in Johannesburg in mid August and went to Jack Friedman. I was looking for something different and unique, candice heggie took the time to show me several different pieces anserd all my questions. She was very helpful, and very knowledgeable. She showed me a bracelet that was exactly what i was looking for. I would highly recommend going to Jack Friedman and see candice heggie, you won't be disappointed

My relationship with Debbie Diamond at Jack Friedman spans several years and in all those years she has delivered exceptional service and always goes far beyond the call of duty. More recently she managed to fix my 20 year old’s bracelet’s faulty clasp without any charge and always with a beaming smile. Debbie Diamond lives the mantra: “the customer comes first” everyday of her life. I highly recommend her without any reservations because over numerous years Debbie Diamond has continued to give me exceptional, excellent and highly acclaimed service.

My husband took me to choose a special Christmas present on the weekend. Debbie served us again at the Sandton City branch and she was as always so professional and could not do enough to make sure we found the perfect piece to buy. We are repeat customers and would definitely return!

Katso and Tanya was the most friendly staff that gave honest advice. Was looking for a 9th anniversary bracelet, they didn’t have anything within my price range. With their advice I purchased a citrine pendant chain, citrine gem is 9th anniversary gem.

We came into Jack Friedman with a vague idea of what we wanted for an engagement ring. We sat down with Candice who showed us different options and provided and expanded on our ideas. We ended up designing our own and the final result exceeded expectations. The quality of the ring and the service we received from Candice was exceptional.

We recently visited Jack Friedman jewelry store in Sandton City in search of a ring. It was a really great experience.The business is run very professionally. We were made to feel at home as soon as we walked through the door. The range of jewelry is impressive and nicely displayed. We were served by Candice Heggie. Her service was fabulous. She seated us and offered us something to drink while we discussed our thoughts about the ring. She is very knowledgeable about jewelry and really helped us find what we wanted. She also got back to us timeously with information and options for us to consider. I can highly recommend her and the business,

Glad to say Jack Friedman in Sandton did an absolutely amazing job with my request. My consultant Candice did a great job keeping me up to date with the project, particularly when the spec changed halfway through. Ended up with exactly what I was looking for, and will happily return to them for additional pieces. Top marks for customer service.

I wandered into the JFJ store just looking to see what jewels were on offer. Debbie Diamond was such a great help, a great saleswoman who understood my project and showed me the Diamond to match. Happy with the customer service and attention I received. Can't wait for the surprise occasion!
