Not really sure if they are open or not but the guard on the gate said we were welcome and got us a personal guided tour.

Covid has hit them hard and they were definitely closed for a couple of years. I get the feeling they are trying to get back on their feet and maybe taken the opportunity to update some displays.

We were shown specific things and didn't really get the chance to look at everything however what we learned was very informative and I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. Our guide was friendly and informative

Would be a great place for schools to visit.

Lilies Leaf is a very great museum to learn about the raid on Lilies Leaf and the operations at the farm. It is a must-visit in the Johannesburg area. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The very place where Mandela was captured..good practical museum of how everything led to the icon's capture. Guided and unguided tours..nice, well priced restaurant with excellent food. Good spot for morning or afternoon visit. Secure parking

This plc hasn’t been operational nor opened for buisiness since Feb 2020 due to Covid and I seriously don’t expect it to ever reopen

If you can, have the CEO of the Trust, Nicholas Wolpe walk you through the museum. Deep insight and knowledge on theSouth African Struggle for Democracy. Also, great place for lunch. Had lunch at the cafe, their hand cut potato chips would make me drive there anyday.

We visited Liliesleaf today with 27 French teenagers. Our guides Q and litie were brilliant. An active approach to discovering about South African history. The kids (aged 15-17) thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would highly recommend the visit to any educators or families with teens. A balanced vision of how this farm played a major role in South Africa's history.

this was a great visit so much to learn and so well presented, unfortunately our tour was too short, so if ever we are in SA again we will definitely be back

An interesting museum about a crucial part of the anti apartheid struggle. The museum was very interactive which was great.
Lots of information, easy to get to with a car, secure parking and a nice little cafe. Very glad we went
