Maryke, Gerrit and Johan were so great coordinating the Safari trip to Kwa Maritane at Pilanesberg NP for our honeymoon.
Maryke was incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive with sharing details as we booked our trip. Gerrit and Johan were engaged, knowledgable, and very friendly on our drives to and from JNB and the National Park. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book with them. They'll make the experience totally seamless for you.

Johan provided a great transfer service. He is punctual, incredibly knowledgeable of what we saw along the way (from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit), and ensured our safety at all times. He made a stop each way, both at different locations, and with thought going into what we would want to experience. Thank you!

Perfect transport from JNB to Vuyani Lodge
Johan picked us up just on time at JNB airport.
He drove us to Vuyani Lodge close to Hoedspruit. On our way we had a lot of scenic stops and he explained everything about SA

We had to cancel our transport taxi service booked for ourselves and our children and their friends with BST TOURS from Gauteng province to Limpopo and back due to newly announced and implemented level 4 Covid government travel restrictions on non essential travel in and out of Gauteng. Gerrit initially indicated a possible 50% refund according to their general cancellation rules but after us telephonically enquiring about the reasons for not refunding the whole amount as you should do during pandemic conditions- he then decided to not refund ANY of the USD 490 (SEK 4200/ ZAR 7000) we have paid to them up front in good faith. We thus paid in full up front for a service not rendered at all by BST tours. No understanding for our situation was demonstrated by the company and an astronomical amount has been kept In full for absolutely NO services rendered with NO costs incurred by BST tours. I therefore do not recommend anyone to do any business with them.

Before we arrived at the airport we received a message to inform us where Johan would be waiting for us and straight away he made us feel welcome and valued as a customer. On the way to vuyani safari Lodge Johan was very informative and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure talking to him. I just want to say thank you for making us feel so welcome and it made a brilliant start to our holiday. We are returning next year and will not hesitate in using this service again

We were transported by Johan for our transfer from Johannesburg to our hotel which was a 6 hour transfer. The car was clean and comfortable. Johan was very professional and there were no issues. It seemed a little expensive but it was a lot of driving as we aren’t sure if it was good value. Our hotel booked this transportation for us.

Johan is the best driver ever. He was always on time, drove 7 hours to leave us in the Safari place and also he did like a tour on the road. Amazing company also. He is really one of the best Southafrica person that we have met. He was brilliant in our way back too. Share laughs as well.

We recently used Mr. Shuttle for our transportation between Johannesburg and Kruger Park. The service was on time, and the ride was comfortable and efficient, making our travel experience stress-free. What stood out was the attentiveness of Johan and Gerrit; they were professional and cared about our comfort throughout the journey. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Mr. Shuttle for reliable and courteous transportation services.

I used BST Tours to collect me from my quarantine facility in Johannesburg & transport me to Pretoria, during the Covid-19 lockdown in SA. Although the hotel delayed terribly with my discharge, my driver, Johan, was extremely patient, friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend BST Tours for any transport requirements.

Pick up from the hotel was very smooth even when last minute change! The transfer was approx 5.5hrs and Gerrit was very informative and stopped so we could get refreshments. The whole process from start to finish was very professional. We were given our driver contact details and communication was very prompt by watts app! Can highly recommend for a seemless and stress free airport transfer!
