Meet us every single day outside Park Station for our free City Walks in the City Centre and Braamfontein. The tours are between 1.5 and 2 hours and they all work on tips alone. Find us outside the Station next to Burger King on side that faces Wolmarans Street. Look out for our Green Umbrellas - they will be up 20 minutes before starting time. The tour leaves on time, every time.

We arrived at joburg park station this morning and saw no green umbrella so asked a young lad who for a small fee directed us to tourist information who said the free walking tours are no longer happening. Suggest you phone first...

we took the downtown tour with Sethu guide and it was really cool, I just think the tour could be longer and more complete, but it's worth.

We were so happy we connected with Xoliswa for our tour! It was confusing to start as note, the station will not allow her to display her umbrella so we had a hard time finding her. She approached us, with a large tshirt on that...More

My fiancee and I did a private tour with Sethu, which combined the city center tour and Braamfontein tour. It was, nothing short of *one of the best walking tours* we've ever done (and for context, we have traveled to 50 countries, and done countless...More

We left our hotel for Park station at 9.30am to go on this tour. We were there in ample time for the 10.30 tour, at 10am. We didn't see anyone with umbrella's yet. We decided to walk around instead of wait because as soon as...More

Enjoyed the walk around the local area. However, it was quite sad to see the demise of a once vibrant city. Buildings left vacant , business's left to set up again in the suburbs. This has allowed a large homeless community to develop. Don't be...More

Very interesting and engaging tour with Sethu - who also gave as additional tips as to where to go in Joburg, for example Arts of Main (excellent tip!). She was extremely friendly and interested in us :-)

I think something like 100 rand? I forgot the exact amount, but in my opinion, 5 euro is the least you should give. You get at least an hour of (enthusiastic) information. And the fewer people there are, the more private... More
