The room overlooking the garden and little pond brought the outdoors into the experience, which was so soothing! I have been to many spas in and around Gauteng, but this was the best for me!

I went in for pedicure and manicure as well as a 30 minutes salt scrub. Needless to say the scrub took about 6 minutes, my feet were not soaked or buffed. The nail lady was friendly though and the receptionist Charmaine. But the spa does not offer value for money.

The place is lovely but be aware parking is in the open and there isn’t much of it. The receptionist at the Spa was welcoming and helpful with information. That’s about it. The spa treatments themselves couples 90 minute CBD massage, pressure point foot massages, scalp massage and mediheel treatment left much to be desired. My therapist seemed distracted and not interested in the massage. It was not at all relaxing and at one point I had to ask if she was actually massaging me as it was so light it was likely someone just running their fingers on you in an annoying way. My husbands medipeel was a disaster. They left it on too long and he complained that it was burning. He ended up with completely discolored nails and his cuticles burnt and inflamed by the product. All in all a disastrous experience. We did complain on the day but were just told thanks for the feedback. Subsequent to that when we got home and my husbands nails started changing colour and the burning persisted we complained again and sent pics. They have said we should come back and have the treatments again complementary of course but …..we really don’t want a repeat performance and the pain.
