The Johannesburg Zoo does not have an entrance fee - there are picnic spots, the lake has boat rides. Overall - an inexpensive family picnic place

We had a great day at the Joburg Zoo. The kids especially loved the polar bears. We had a 90 minute tour (for an organised birthday party) which was very informative and we loved the tractor ride.

No, not possible. To interact with baby lions you should go to Lion Park.

At the main entrance there might be cameras but we entered through the back entrance. The security and cashiers there were friendly and profesional.
