Great service and awesome experience. Staff is great with great attention to detail! The team was able to accommodate us and had gone over and above the level of service expected. Their food was awesome and vibe was absolutely divine for a one night stay or weekend stay...

We booked a couples spa experience.

From start to finish, well worth it.

Starting off with breakfast ending with lunch, and all the pampering in between.

I can recommend to any of my friends, as I will return for more sessions.

The staff are friendly and very professional, and the food is good quality.

Best of all, close to my home in Pretoria

I went to Chicama for their Spring special, the experience was excellent. From the moment we walked in we were treated very well. the attention to detail. The ladies that did our treatments - very professional. They served a breakfast and lunch - both really tasty and enjoyable. Would recommend going to Chicama.

I took my daughter and mother in law for a treat, on arriving we were greeted and led to a lovely setting, we were not quite sure if we were to help ourselves to tea and coffee, but saw a menu that offered cappuccino so I went looking for a person who could help. ..she then told us she would check first. ...15 min later I told her not to worry..we were then asked to give our lunch order...from the menu...we went to change and they told us we would not be together as I requested. ..eventually we went in for the treatments and I have to say the therapists were excellent. ..we proceeded to lunch. .oh my gosh!!!! It looked like it had been made the day before... We only ate because we were hungry...and we were still not offered anything to drink. . Any way I would recommend you do treatment and run somewhere for lunch.. what a shame!!!!

This has become an annual March retreat for a friend and myself. A spoil of note. The surroundings are beautifuly tranquil and an aesthetic pleasure for one's eyes. The spa staff are friendly and polite. The spa treatments are pure bliss. Be warned that you will definitely fall asleep during either a facial or a full body massage. But that's what spas are supposed to do right? If you feel the desire to get away into the country side and to spoil yourself, this is the place to go.
