The Gautrain is part of the very safe & clean underground rail system that takes you along the various communities. Our hotel, the Radisson Blu, a boutique hotel, was across the street from the entrance of the Gautrain-Sandton station, a very easy commute.

There's been a few instances whereby the Melrose bus departs earlier than scheduled from Melrose Arch. I've reported this to Gautrain on 3 occasions and have never received any feedback from them. Personally I would suggest you get there 10 minutes before time just in...More

A convenient way to travel from Midrand to Airport especially during the strike. Easy to use just like any other world wide train.

Took Gautrain from Sandton to Centurion, it's really convenient and always on time... and most of all really safe to travel. It took around 30 mins to arrive I think but don't really feel the time and don't have to worry about traffic at all!...More

I use the Gautrain daily, it's convenient but not cheap during peak hours. It's very safe and clean. I suggest you either go to the website or download the Gautrain app and it has the timetables and price calculator. Cons the first train starts from...More

If UBER cannot get you, for example, to OR Tambo International Airport, then you may consider GAUTREIN. Just remember that GAUTREIN has specific operating times. For example, if flights arrive after 20h00 at OR Tambo International Airport, GAUTREIN is already closed. Fortunately for UBER, you...More

Service closes early - long before most evening entertainment and certainly long before the last flights arrive at the airport.

The Gautrain via Sandton, Rosebank is the best option. To get to the Hyatt just go right out the Station. Head up the street on the opposite side of the station. It is about 200 to 300 Meters.
