Mostly on time. Platforms and trains clean. Feels safe. A bit pricey to the airport. Staff not very friendly.

I am staying in Pretoria and work in Sandton . I normally take 2hours on n1 whenever using my own car. When using Gautrain I travel less than an hour to work. it is faster and convenient to use Gautrain.

The best way to travel between Jo'burg and Pretoria and to and from the airport. Cannot wait for phase 3 as they need to cover more areas.

The facilities are clean and safe. Sometimes gets to crowded in peak times and when there is the odd disruption they are great at communicating it.
