We utilised the City Link Cabs team for a week in August; a very professional and timely team throughout. Interesting chatting with the drivers about Johannesburg and South Africa. Definitely give them a shout for safe & prompt shuttle service in Jo’burg

Norman is extremely professional and trustworthy. He turns up on time, drives safely and I would thoroughly recommend his business. I have used him twice now and trusted him to transport my young daughter and her friend from Johannesburg to Limpopo. He tracked their flight, met them at the airport and safely transported them to their destination

Citycaplink is very good transportation in south africa/Johannesburg ... I have super good experience with Citylink..quick response and on time.
Beside, I also have expireince how kindness Norman is....Norman picked me me up on airport and drove me to guest house in Pretoria... Guest house at some points didnt have my name and refused to open a gate for me (night time) . Norman was with me and help.. until I have been accepted to get in Guesthouse.. this is amazibg

Super, professional, friendly and safe service from City Link Cabs. From booking, timekeeping, through to cleanliness of the car and my knowledgeable and friendly driver Norman, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend City Link Cabs and Norman. My company has frequent regional and international visitors to our Johannesburg offices and I will be recommending City Link Cabs to them for consideration as a preferred service provider, as well as recommending to my friends on a personal level. Absolutely the most unprofessional shuttle service I have ever used. They were supposed to pick us up in Hoedspruit at 08:30 to take us to Johannesburg. By 9:00 they had still not arrived and both numbers were going to voicemail. By 10:00 I managed to get through and was told they were delayed but would be there within 30 minutes. By 11:00 both numbers were going to voicemail and no one had contacted us. We have now missed our flights out of JHB and had to pay for flight changes as well as a different shuttle company. As yet City Link has not replied to any of my messages and is not answering my calls.
I do not recommend anyone use this shuttle service.

Thank you for taking your time to post your rating. We are glad to hear that you were disappointed but clear communication was made to you due to situation which was beyond City Link Cabs staff and management causing our shuttle to delay not to cancel.

Norman was truly fantastic in making sure I could get home at a very difficult time. His vehicle was clean, his conversation was good, and I felt safe at all times. I have recommended him to friends and family without reservation.

Efficient and well-organized service, with fast responses to booking requests on WhatsApp. My driver, Norman, was punctual, seemed to know the roads well, and was a pleasure to talk to on the drive. 100% recommend and would use again!
