Open every Saturday from 8-12 noon. Mouth watering breakfast and a broad selection of delicious foods and drinks served and eaten under the shade of a mighty oak tree. Interesting and creative, the crafts make lovely gifts. Gentle music contributes to a most relaxing morning. GPS S34.03893 E23.24192

Good place for local arts & crafts and farmer's market. A few different places to have breakfast or a coffee. Quite an easy-going place and very local - much simpler and smaller than Sedgefield

I wouldn't visit this place again, but it is worth going for food on a Saturday. There are tons of food offerings here by locals and I like supporting the locals. The pricing, however, from the stalls that sell produce is more than Pick N...More

Market overall is quite good, but avoid Le Fournil bakery. No prices on display, you only find out once you've ordered them and seen them wrapped, that they charge R35 each for pretty average almond croissants. A complete rip off.

We regret your disappointment and have instructed Le Fournil to clearly price all their products in future. It is our policy and we apologize for your embarrassment. Kind regards, Wil Hiemstra

Get there early because the queues for breakfast get very long. You can buy fresh fruit and veg, garden plants, fresh meat and fish, fresh fruit juice, clothing, art, baby wear, jewelry, household goods, in fact anything. Tea and coffe available all day.

Selling the usual handicrafts, snacks, coffees, bead necklaces, t-shirts, fridge magnets and toys. A nice friendly atmosphere, ample parking, easy to find on the N2. Allow 1-2 hours maximum for this attraction.
