Brothers Safari goes above and beyond in everything they do to make your trip memorable and the best if could possibly be. Dr. Brothers puts all of your needs well above his own, he makes you feel safe while you are traveling abroad and makes you feel like a member of his family. He is extremely knowledgeable about African wildlife, travel and veterinary medicine. He chooses the guides and activities based on those he has worked with before and trusts whole heartedly. If I ever get the opportunity to travel to South Africa again, I will 100% book again through Brothers Safari as the entrie trip is planned to a T and catered to the things you are interested in.

This was a fantastic, well organized experience that I would do again and recommend to others!! I think it had a wide variety of things to enjoy (works well for those who aren’t in the field of animal science) and it was very clear what our day to day options were which shows the great organization.

Dr. Brother’s study abroad trip was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! It was everything that I could have asked for and more. Not only did we have a structured lecture schedule but we also had the opportunity to apply the information on several occasions. I can’t thank Dr. Brothers enough for the opportunity. Can’t wait to go back and see more of South Africa’s beauty!

Dr. Brothers provided a safari experience far beyond anything I could've expected. This carefully curated trip included up close, safe encounters with many wild animals (leopards, lions, cheetah, elephants, giraffe, etc - great pictures!); knowledgable and friendly safari guides; amazingly comfortable lodging; and some of the best food I've ever eaten. My entire group wanted for nothing and felt safe throughout the entire trip, despite being so far from home.
I've you're looking for a one-of-a-kind experience, this company should be your first choice. We visited a few different locations in the South African bush, and learned about the history of the land and the inhabitants therein (human and animal alike). An added bonus is that this business directly supports local communities and conservation initiatives. Take a trip with Brothers Safaris!

This trip deserves more than 5 stars. I cannot give enough credit to Dr.Brothers for his hard work and dedication to his programs. He is very knowledgeable and keeps the trips fun and lighthearted too. I would recommend Dr.Brothers to anyone interested in a conservation/vet med trip to South Africa. Worth every single penny.

I went on a study abroad through Texas A&M to South Africa that Dr. Brothers planned and it was life changing. We were able to learn and actually contribute to conservation in areas that needed help.

I wish I could give this 6/5 stars because it has exceeded all my expectations! The guides were very knowledgeable and eager to answer all questions. People were extremely friendly and the hospitality is unmatched. The experiences I gained will be carried with me forever. I will definitely come again!

Dr. Brothers made our time in South Africa spectacular. His program includes many diverse activities! We got to assist with wildlife immobilizations & treatments, safari rides at 3 different locations. My favorite aspect of the program is the fact that we got to go to several different locations on different reserves. Dr. Brothers is so passionate about wildlife medicine and conservation and I cannot wait to go back to South Africa and visit him again!
