We visited this beautiful place called "egyptian maldives" with friends. Highly recommend it for great views, blue, clear water and just enjoying stay in Egypt. Unforgetable memories.

Here is the Hankorab beach which you can go snorkeling in a very clear sea water. Take care that there's no showers or toilets there

one of the best beaches I've ever seen in my whole life. really advise you to visit it. it was peaceful, clean, suitable for meditation and relaxing.

The place as ppl talk about in trip adviser let’s me to encourage the company take me there but really wasn’t feel any lovely time as full of people neither let me enjoy snorkeling nor feeling of Maldives and relaxation

great long white sand beach I would recommend getting your own snorkeling gear spend there 3-4 hours maximum and then go to mangrove at qula'an

Yes you need permits to camp from Frontier Guards (حرس الحدود) because the pass around and if you camped, they sure will pay you a visit.

No tickets for most areas. Cheap tickets for the Hankorab Cape area. If you need a guided tour with a guide who snorkels with you, you can make reservation from your hotel for a fee. Some guided trips include lunch.
