Changes shape and has so many amazing view from every angle.Would love to climb it but of course it's too dangerous plus that would be disrespectful to the locals. Hike up the neighboring twin peaks of Mt Paihia instead.

Worth the effort to view it from the coastal defence gun sight on the east coast ... Can be accessed by 4x4 tour, island tour, private car or scooter rental or even by bicycle if feeling energetic. From this perspective you get stunning photo opportunities...More

Sure Otemanu is breathtaking but its what the sun does when it sets behind it that really will make you go WOW. Each day is different and each minute during each sunset the colors change.

Great view of the center of Bora Bora, but you can't climb it. Its the centerpiece of the island. Enjoy it with a drink in your hand and feet in the sand.
