The Four Posts is easy access from the main roads into Avila. The views are nice, but there is not much to read or see after the initial walk around it. There is a path through the fields and woods to meander, but with all...More

Stop here to see a bird's eye view of Avila, Spain. The medieval city and it's walls are a perfect opportunity to snap some great photos. This is rather unreal as here is a true medieval town. A MUST SEE from this perspective.

This is a long walk for a so - so view. I would not have done it if I had known. Save your feet and get photos of the walls in town.

This spot affords a sweeping panoramic view of Avila’s medieval walls, and is a worthy stop in either coming or going to the city. Recommended! 👍

Next to the grand city walls, this mal-proportioned construction is a worth a visit for four reasons: - the location offers a nice angle to admire the walled city from and take panoramic pictures - a good story it's explaining it's origins - it has...More

This is a must see spot in Avila. The site has historical significance with Teresa of Avila and also offers and amazing view of the walled city.
