The house is famous for being the birth place of Vlad, but there is a charge of 5 Lei per person to visit the room, but although there is a surprise waiting, we thought that they could have done more with the facility.

We only walked by this house where Vlad Dracul was born. It seemed to be teeming with tourists trying to get in as it is now a restaurant. Our Romanian guide took us to Cafe Martini for lunch instead & told us about the person...More

Come to Sighisoara, walk around the fortified wall, even check out this restaurant if you like.. But it's not Vlad Tepes' real birth house. It is where it was, but the restaurant is entirely post his period. The Dracula Room is a halloween tourist trap...More

I wanted to visit this place for a loooooong time. You need to pay extra to enter the Vlad's room and it's like a small horror house. I enjoyed the crepe there.

Vlad's birthplace ! The house where Vlad spent in the early years of his life, near the clock tower. It has now been converted to a restaurant.

This place, which houses a "torture museum" as well as an over-priced restaurant, relies upon the fact that the 15th century soldier and ruler Vlad Dracula ("Dracula" meaning "Son of Dracul", itself a reference to the dragon decoration his father was awarded for bravery) was...More

This is truly tacky but for 5 Lei, what the heck, give it a go! A few cheap tricks, laughs and an open coffin. Vlad must have been on vacation or out looking for tourist's necks, because when I visited the coffin, it was empty!...More
