I spend there 3 nights at Sirena Station and one night at San Pedrillo. If I could I would spend more. First please consider that you must walk from the boat to the beach approx. 50 - 100 meters through the see. So do not...More

Corcovado is an amazing place to visit. The trail from Carate runs next to the beach so there’s no way of getting lost. The abundance of flora and fauna is overwhelmingly good. The trail could be wet or muddy but that’s part of the fun....More

An exceptional park. Corcovado National Park is the biggest rainforest of Costa Rica and relatively untouched (compared to others in Costa Rica). Most people (as we) take a daytour, but next time (if time permits) I would like to take a 3 day tour including...More

I felt completely safe checking into the ranger station. We were prepared and ready for adventure. You must see at least a small fraction of this National Park and all of its animal life.

We had a fantastic hike in the national park with our guide Cynthia and a lovely visit to Cano Island. We saw families of spider and howler monkeys, lots of interesting insects and vegetation, and a beautiful waterfall. Would highly recommend.

if we could avoid going with a guide, we would. It was a bit rushed. But the whole experience of taking that boat down to this place... it is just amazing. Wonderful to just soak in all that wildness, all that jungle. We saw Tapir,...More

This newest trail into Corcovado is a short drive from Puerto Jimenez- maybe 30 minutes to a small (smaller than PJ) gold mining town called Dos Brazos. Prior to our visit in August, 2018, there were only about 630 total people that have hiked on...More

Going to corcovado is a no brainer. It was a great escape from the touristy areas of the country. We stayed at an amazing place on the border of the park called The Jaguars Jungle. Their tour is amazing because they are so close to...More
