Booked this tour through Holland America Cruise line. Took 2 hours by bus to arrive. We were on the aerial tram for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Guide gave great explanation of various layers in the rain forest. Disappointing to not see many birds,...More

We took the aerial tram as several in our party were physically limited on the adventure side. The tram was a great way to see the canopy - both primary and secondary forest. Our guides were knowledgeable and engaging. We had one guide for the...More

We had fun on this tour. Our guide, Roy, did a great job showing us the different layers of the rainforest and pointing out wildlife. He then led us on a tour of their exhibits which I found fascinating and instructive. The zip line course...More

The aerial tram tour was very basic - 30 minutes up the mountain, and 30 minutes down. We saw very little wildlife. The tour guide, Roberto, was extremely knowledgeable and spoke English very well. The review is based on the experience, not the guide.More

I don't recall any air conditioned facilities, but I did see people taking the tram up and down without zip lining. There are covered areas for snacking and such.
