We stumbled upon these hot springs by accident. When you drive north from La Fortuna you will find there are a ton of places you can go to dip your toes in hot waters. From free to luxury, from hot rivers to spas, you will...More

We stop every time we are in Costa Rica. Already booked our next visit. The food is delicious, the drinks are amazing, the atmosphere relaxing, and it’s worth every penny.

I didn't try the others, but I was glad to find they limited the number of people here. It's a manicured version of the wild hot springs river. But sometimes it's nice to have a safe, clean, quiet space and hot springs are one of...More

Beautiful setting. Great selection of pools. At the suggestion of our hotel we went at night, with a slight rain. It was so relaxing. My favorite was the slab/long bench you could lay down and be just at the surface level of the hot spring....More

I’m a huge fan of soothing hot water for tired muscles, aching feet and rejuvenating the soul so when I learned that these volcano hot springs exist I was thrilled to take a visit. I wasn’t disappointed! There are several you can choose from in...More

Wow. What a beautiful place. It's serene and therapeutic. Not a party place, like Baldi Springs. We were so relaxed for the rest of the day!!!

Very well-maintained, low-key, beautiful hot springs. Also, we saw a toucan and mother howler with baby in the trees! The changing facilities are immaculate!

Relaxing way to end the day. Several pools with different temperatures including cool water pools to cool off. Didn’t feel too crowded though there were a fair amount of people. They have lockers for your belongings as well as a place to shower and change....More

What a beautifully run family business! Organized well from when you first enter. They give you a locker key, towel, and a bar coded wrist band. From there once you change or put things away, it's off to the pools! They seem to start out...More

A lot of loud locals there, but otherwise it was relaxing and peaceful. They have a variety of pools with temps ranging from a cold one, to warm, to very hot and in between. Staff was very sweet as well and had no problems calling...More

Whilst you can buy alcohol there it's really not a party type place. V wry relaxed and people tend to keep themselves to themselves.

Not swimming deep. The deepest point in any seems to be less than 5' and most are much less with gentle slope from all sides. I don't swim either and never felt in any danger.
