The new pathway that they put is super nice with the best view on the unfamous other view. The view is beautiful on all the colonial buildings

in fairness we did not go up it, we went to the observation deck of another building. So this was just a structure; some symbolism with the 11 balls, but only worth a picture as you walk around the area.

Wasn’t the greatest visit. Lines and crowds are too much. And isn’t really anything too special. I would instead suggest going to the financial center

Actually there is no separate ticket for restaurant. The costliest ticket includes the observation deck, transparent observatory, shanghai history museum and space capsule. You have to pay separately to go to the restaurant... More

We purchased tickets onsite at the bottom level. I’m not sure if you can get tickets online.

Price for all floors (spheres) is 220 CNY, opening time is 8.00 till 21.30 everyday. There is a ticket office right in front of the tower.
