My husband and I usually enjoy a hop on hop off bus as a way to get oriented to a city. We had been to Shanghai once before as part of a tour and since we were on our own this time we decided to...More

Kids wanted to go see the fishes at the Aquarium. So, took the train to Liujiazhui station at the Pudong area. And, there was a Hop-On-Hop-Off City Bus service center right next to the Pearl Tower. We decided to have a look and it was...More

I highly recommend The Shanghai Bus Tour for anyone visiting Shanghai for the first time. The tour is reasonably priced. The ticket is valid for 24 hrs from the time you purchase it. It gives a completely different perspective of the city because, if you...More

I get on Hop-On Hop-Off buses in every country I visit, so my critique is that the audio tour has more content. There's information on there, but not as much as I'd have liked. The bus does go on good routes, but just know that...More

The tour itself is great, however changing the vouchers of the bus and boat cost 2 hours. Best to buy on the spot!

Have used this type of transport in many cities and this bus is very clean and reliable. English commentary is good, but could provide more information between stops. Little too much music. Top deck was half inclosed and the back half had a canvas roof...More

People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you
would expect from the town square of one of the
biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s

activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow
in and out of the area every day to see grand museums,
go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied
