Tianzenfang is an ecclectic colelction of shops, cafes, bars & restaurants in an old-style alley neighborhood. You can sip coffee in a cat cafe, enjoy cocktails at a bar counter or eat a sit-down meal at one of the many restaurants. The collection of souvenirs...More

Worth a visit but you have to haggle hard, if you don't you end up paying way too much. Mind the stinky tofu stands... You smell them before you see them!

Too narrow walkway, especially when it rains. More shelter is good. Arts and craft area and should have more souvenir shops.

I enjoyed trying tea and shopping here. Theres great people watching here. The food wasn't so terrific so I'd skip that. It wasn't awful just not very good. There's lots of shops to keep you interested. You'll find some great souvenirs here.

I love Tian Zi Fang! It is so cozy just to walk around and do window shopping, sitting outside at a cafe or having a brunch. Remember to bargain if you want to buy something.

Former French Concession

Concession" of today is an amorphous neighborhood that
is a favorite of the city's foreign residents. While
it is mostly within the Xuhui district, residents will
sometimes include parts of Jing'an and Luwan in their
mental maps of the Former French Concession. The area
seems frozen in time, characterized by quiet,
