They have some very nice items in here. My wife and friend took far too long in this shop snapping up some lovely earrings and necklaces for themselves. A great place to buy gifts in lieu of tacky souvenirs. Great prices and helpful without being...More

This museum is slightly located behind the main Jonker street, slight off the beaten path but was the best sight-see I had with my friends during our recent visit there. As we were students so the ticket price was just RM10 and we discovered that...More

We visited this museum in the morning and said “yes” to having a guide and she was awesome. It made such a difference to our visit as we got to understand so much more. The jewellery upstairs is incredible.

Eva was an excellent tour guide, she really knew the finer details of the contents of this museum. We found it utterly fascinating and being left to soak it all in rather than rushed through a particular series of displays was much appreciated.

Both my mum and I enjoyed this visit. The cute & friendly tour guide did a good job. She explained well and details about Peranakan Culture to us. 2 thumbs up.

This is another Peranakan-related Museums, but they are focusing on jewelry. The house is well-preserved. Even I went alone, they did not make me wait for a group and the tour guide was eager to inform me about the house. It was really fun experience....More

I have found most Malaysian museums to be lacking in exhibits and with too much text-based information. Fortunately, the jewellery museum isn’t one of these! It was full of interesting artefacts and the young guide was really interesting. Best by far!..and allowed to take photos,...More
