This is a lovely park with ponds, bridges, walkways along the water, a spring and the art museum is nearby. There is on street parking and parking decks. We visited during early December for the Tinsel Trail. Over 300 trees had been decorated by individuals...More

The park is often a pleasant place for a walk around Big Spring. The natural features of the spring have been replaced with man made walkways and borders but they look nice and make it easier to walk along the water's edge. The spring is...More

I walk in the park almost every day. It is usually very peaceful. At times there are classes taking place or other activities going on - just have to plan accordingly. It is very clean and very welcoming. Very enjoyable!

VERY nice park. Excellent photo opportunity as well as exercise, or just to relax and reflect. It's definitely a must see when in the area.

My son brought us here when we visited UAH for family weekend. It’s really beautiful and fun to feed the fish and ducks. Would be a great place for a picnic.

This is our go to place to just walk around and enjoy the ducks and fish. I do wish they would of left some more of the trees though.

This large and lovely park is the heart of downtown Huntsville. The spring area is shady and cool and the meandering paths by and over the ponds give a spacious open feeling to the city. Numerous seating areas and several fountains add to the charm.

This park is great for an afternoon walk/jog, lazing in the sun, or sightseeing around the museums. So picturesque that it is the go-to venue for local Homecoming and Prom pics twice each year.
