So you will see this place crowded with all balloons seller, candy sellers,golgappe walas and everything. People usually come here on weekends to enjoy. This is really a good place for your family outings.

We took a Tuc tuc from Main Bazar that cost 70rp, I don’t know if is a fare price but we tried to bargain from 150rp. We arrived to India Gate and a lot of people try to sell their stuff or services like photography.

It's nice surroundings. You can buy ice cream and have henna done here. Nice to see families out etc.

This is an impressive war memorial to the 70,000 who died mainly in WWI. Earlier in the day it is not as busy.

I was there Sunday and it was closed already, for the Independence Day celebrations.
