Impressive from the outside, however the site was closed and locked up during our mid-day Saturday visit.

This 14th century serbian Orthodox church is famous for its fresco painting, but due to the 2004 arson, it's closed to the public. If you really want to visit it, you should contact the church.

From the outside it is beautiful, however it has a poor fence around right now and you can't get in. As a UNESCO protected heritage I would expect a different approach, however it is still quite pretty (and hopefully somehow taken care of)..

We walked around the grounds of this beautiful church and hoped to go inside but it was closed when we were visiting. It is a fully functional Catholic Church and we will visit again when we return.

The history of this church and all the other churches in Prizren is sad, but they are still worth a visit. If you ask the kind policeman outside you might even get a look inside. It is damaged since 2004 from the riots, but its...More

OK it's a really old church protected by UNESCO, it's great to see how it looks but you can't get in. You can only take pictures from the surroundings and that's it. It would be great to get in and see stuff from 700 years...More
