One of the main symbols of the four-century Turkish rule over Podgorica. This building, built by Hafis-Pasha in the 18th century, dominates the landscape of the Stara Varos. This cultural and historic monument has been the only public clock in the city for a long time.

It's certainly significant that this tower has survived but apart from seeing it, there's not much to it as a tourist site.

The clock tower is nice but there is not much to do there but to look at it. I recommend you to stop by one of the restaurants in the area

The tower is undergoing some repairs right now, so you cant really appreciate much more than the pipes and the cloth around it. Shame :/

Central attraction in the old town of Podgorica. The area around the clock tower is currently being re-designed and under construction (August 2017).
